Are Etoiled bracelets a standard size?

• All bracelets are sized around 6.75" and have some stretch to accommodate most wrists.  Smaller or larger sizes are available upon request.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

• Please allow two weeks for delivery as many of our styles are made by hand. In stock items may ship sooner.

How will my items be shipped?

• We ship using USPS. A tracking email will be sent to you once your package is on the way.

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

• Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your purchase if you are unhappy with it and we will gladly exchange it for something else.
• Personalized items are final sale.

How do I care for my Etoiled Jewelry?

• To help preserve your jewelry, please avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, lotions and other chemicals.  Do not use jewelry cleaner.  Use a dry jewelry cloth to care for your bracelets.
